Is Ortiz ******ed?,he comes across as really slow

I actually thought Roger was ******ed. He has some sort of disease, reminds me of a person with Alzheimer's. Ortiz is just a kid, only 24. He raised himself.
But lets be honest, he is more mature than Floyd, it seems like Ortiz just wants to have fun but you can see hunger in his eyes. Floyd just wants to have fun too but its like he doesnt care about why he is fighting or who he is fighting.
Does Roger has a disease? Watch the part when they are in Quizno's he can barely talk normally.

It's probably because he was more concerned about where he was getting his next meal than doing his homework and going to school as a child. Kids who grow up in abject poverty tend to lack in cognitive abilities. And Ortiz is still a bigger success than anyone on this board despite all of that.Comment

He was doing some commentary for an HBO vid not to long ago and he was commentating on his fight with Vivian Harris. He said he knocked Harris down which nobody expected him to do, when everyone predicted an early rounds TKO in his favor.Comment

He seems smarter and more together then Floyd. Wiser then Floyd., etc, and he's 10 years younger.
I think he comes off as intelligent. Just because he talks about his childhood doesnt make him ******ed. People keep asking.Comment

Dude just seems as a goofy kid. Nothing more to it. He is in the biggest fight of his life. Let him be.Comment

Originally posted by Freedom.Victor's IQ was tested and the result was he's in the average range at 102 (100 is average).
The whole Mayweather family - Floyd Sr, Floyd Jr, and uncle - have had scores of well below average.
Floyd's nickname in junior high school was "85" because the kids heard he scored 85 on the IQ tests. That's not quite ******ed, but not far above it.Comment
