That was Ellerbe giving him a "massage". Did you notice around the 5minute mark Floyd was lying on his back in the ring and Ellerbe was rubbing his stomach and sitting over him and singing a song?

I think that was worse than the Money-Telephone with 50 or running in pantyhose with boxers on.
