Its pointless because Floyd probably did his cycle when he took over a year off from the Mosley fight. Ortiz has been tested just a few months ago.

USADA needs to be done year round and randomly otherwise its a complete joke and pointless

Dont forget what a contract is. They didnt just say they would test. They signed a binding contract agreeing to test.
