By the 10th round against Khan, Berto would be gasping for air and holding on at every opportunity. Khan's chin isn't so weak that any clean Berto right hand is going to stop him.
Maidana's power is overrated, he couldn't stop a shot Corley and a shot, one-eyed, blown up super featherweight Morales. Berto has stopped fully fledged welterweights, in fact he has stopped 10 guys who weighed more than 147 lbs. Berto's speed and explosiveness probably makes his punches harder than Maidana's.
