FACT: Floyd's well written and crafted PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT (which is very uncharacteristic of floyd) of demanding OSDT during the first negotiation is in itself already and accusation in public.

FACT: Why go public immediately when all the negotiations is still on going. Why not wait for the negotiations to progress until a deadlock is reached and that's the time to go public. Why did Oscar and Richard made follow-up accusations? Can you not feel some conspiracy?

FACT: Manny sue Floyd, Judge found some merits and that there was indeed some serious accusations, and dismissed Floyd and Family, Oscar and Richard's petition to dismiss the case.
