Gary Russell Jr looks very promising from what I've seen of him.

Let's see a bit more before we get on any buses like you said.

I'm excited for him though.

I'd love to see him and Adrien Bronner go at it.

IMO they could be the new Barrera/Morales, Ward/Gatti or Corrales/Castillo.

I'd like them both to get some more experience first, but if they turn out like I hope that would make for an great trilogy.

Either of them vs Donaire or Gamboa would be excellent as well.

GR doesn't seem to have much power, other than that, he has pretty much everything else and is a good action fighter. He lets his hands go, has talent and skills, not much else you can ask for...
