i've rewatched some recent fights of both guys and i think neither has fought a similar opponent before.
most berto fights were against natural 140 pounders who couldn't really hurt him properly, but still wobbled his ass off. they were also southpaws. now zavec is considerably bigger, he's naturally a 150-154 pounder so he always has problems getting his weight down. he is an orthodox with a strong right hand. i think berto, boxing from a similar stance, could have some problem landing that right hand from the destructive angle. zavec's also seems to compensate his high guard vulnerability to the lower body with movement.
now for berto, he's just got great handspeed and that right hand. but we all know his chin is vulnerable, and zavec has exposed chins before. the question i got unanswered though is how does both guys take eachother shots? zavec's chin hasn't been tested on the highest level, and i saw berto can take a punch. as long as that punch is not a direct hit in a weak spot. but like i said zavec will bring a punch berto hasn't felt in a while.
so ye i gotta go bbl ....

To clarify: No issue about Berto fight being because of weather. Just a matter of a lot of people concerned about Sunday travel.
