Khan's collecting belts. If Morales doesn't want to fight the best at this moment in time, we all know Matthysse will. Hopefully Lucas wins and we get another unification fight.

listen my friend, khan is a ****, why should they face him at this stage in their respective careers? why doesnt khan face up and comers? others around the weight? from mehiho or in actual fact he has business to deal with here in england first, he still has to beat domestic rivals before shouting his name or anyone elses at world/elite level.
lets just seperate the two elements of the modern game of boxing.
and they are:money.
and:desire to be the best in the sport of boxing.
fighting morales,judah,barerra etc will always bring in the greedy part but, what about being the best in the sport? yeah, exactly! that takes second place because khan and his family are f.u.k.i.n. greedy little ****s.
kev mitchell would beat him as would other english fighters.
prescott would ko him(again) also, mccloskey deserves rematch because of the way in which khan won.
he had problems with with him and khan dont wanna know because of the green.
he will only fight people who have a large some of money following them and thats it.
he is not alone.
he is a nobody in terms of men faced/total fights etc.
his style is still very amateurish and prescott would be all over him again.
lets not even contemplate a maidana rematch because freddie publicy stated after the fight he was about to jump in to stop his man getting a real pasting.

I definitely don't think Morales could beat Khan at this stage. Khan would stink the joint out once he tasted Morales's power. If Morales could hurt Maidana and rock him, then he could definitely hurt Khan too. That is one thing for sure. Khan would be scared to death to engage once he got his bell rung and we saw he turns into the running man like Cotto once he gets his shit nearly pushed in. Morales knows this, and that is why he doesn't want to fight him. Not because he views Khan as an intimidating fighter. Probably factored into Marquez's decision not to fight him too. But Morales to his credit will fight somebody tougher than Juan Diaz.

How do I hate Khan? I've given Khan nothing but props on here. I'm just not blinded like most of his fans. Khan wants to fight the best, there is no denying that, but he also wants the money fights, and a bout with Morales brings more money than one with Matthysse. Come on man, don't be naive.

This would be Morales 2nd fight against a top contender...why get butt hurt if he says he wants to build himself up more...true he is not getting any younger but he's gotta see what he has left.
