unconditional love
that's great and it takes great courage and heart to do what Ortiz did.
I just hope his mother ain't no gold-digger because it would be terrible if she only contacted him for his wealth and fame.
time will tell

it's cool that ortiz reconnected with her, but the way he talks is like he doesn't really want her to be an integral part of his life now. but she has other plans. . . Ortiz is doing the right thing, and I hope he is smart enough not to let her leech.
QUESTION - Why doesn't Ortiz give credit, or talk about his foster parents? Obviously they are not blood, but I think he should be somewhat grateful for them for supporting him financially, and help guiding him. They looked like two sweet people from the maidana/ortiz promo. imagine taking in strange kids you don't know and caring and supporting them. as we all know - life ain't free. . . .
