he says he's walking up to 137-145

he's almost 30, not a safe age to be draining yourself

I'm always amazed how boxers managed to squeeze down from their walking around weight to the fighting weight. Nonito is near 6 weight classes above his fighting weight, is that healthy? Will that kind of weight fluctuation cause problems with his stamina later on?

all boxers today cut weight (with the exception of Pac)

weight fluctuations obviously would do harm than good esp. when you're reaching 30

            actually it does matter

we all know that Donaire can beat them but in order to do that he should be at his best condition, Mares & Agbeko are no pushovers

if he thinks he can't cope up with 118 then he should move up and fight the next best thing there, unless Mares/Agbeko also decides to climb up too

has he ever even complained about cutting weight? i never recall him saying anything about it. i do agree with you that he should move up, he is getting older, but it seems it isn't a problem for him, unless i missed him saying that somewhere.

I hoped that he would meet the winner of Agbeko vs Mares II but ok then move up next weight class.

And Yuris team were just talking about how Gamboa is a guy that could go as high as 140 an like I said earlier that's unlikely imo, but actually Donaire is really the one who could possibly test the waters as high as 135 maybe even catchweights around 140 or 40 itself.. Donaire is very tall he's about 5'7 1/2 and has a big enough frame and solid bone structure that he can just about fight at his own natural weight like Paquiao he's really just making easy money beating up on little guys half his size tbh if saw him in the recent Judah camp he's a tad bit taller and appeared to be almost bigger than Judah I was like wtf lol

Donaire should not get a pass for skipping out on the best fighters at 118 imo. Mares/Agbeko's rematch winner should be faced. Too many fighters do this nowadays and I'm tired of it.
