    I'll say Mosley.
Exactly, and if we go back a little further, he fought a fresh Miguel Cotto.

I was thinking about this the other day...

I hate to admit it but 20 years from now we are going to reflect on Pacquiao's resume and it's going to look really good. He beat the top WW's of his time: Mosley, Margarito, Cotto. He took out Ricky Hatton, outpointed Clottey, and possibly beat Marquez three times. Not to mention everyone he beat before 140 lb's.

We know now that these wins are tainted in some way. How he beat worn, defeated fighters or guys who weren't there to win. But time will forget and he will have a monster legacy. He can only improve on it at the moment.

EDIT: I know the Hatton fight was at JWW but the point is Pac has names fighter's under his belt.

Yeah, I was thinking the same. In the future everyone will just look at the names. Only true die hard boxing fans will remember the situations of each fight, but that can only last so long. Like I said, Arum is one smart greedy guy.

Mayweather has fought the lineal ww champ twice. Just saying.

I agree on Mosley. He's fought the TOP WW when they were on top. My answer is Mosley

and Mosley lost 3 out of 4 of those fights and they were all in the US (Pac fighting 7,000 miles from home)

The great thing about Pacquiao is that he's going to keep fighting the best.

The question was who has fought the best.

That homefield advantage stuff is complete garbage. Pacquiao is not fighting in some hostile territory with the deck stacked against him, nor is he being discriminated against by any officials.

                  Fair enough.

There are a huge number of advantages of fighting at home and he is forgoing them all by fighting on the road in a foreign country.
