Regarding the USADA issue I think what Bob is trying to point out is the friendship between Oscar and Tygart and Tygart often times declaring Floyd as the clean athlete during the height of the turmoil of the first negotiation. I never heard Arum categorically saying USADA is corrupt. This fight is international in nature and having WADA overseeing the testing is fair enough. I don't see any issue here.

Pac started pro boxing at the age of 16 in lowest division.
Floyd went up to 154 while Pac weighed in at 144 in his fight at 150
Floyd actually went higher in weight than Pac and should be more of suspect than Pac. Floyd took his own OST but this didn't prove anything Floyd was not taking PEDs in the past because he really went up higher in weighr than Pac. Anyway, he is Floyd so he must be clean like his family.

Pac didn't turn down Floyd invented OST but asked for cut off days. Floyd refused as he wanted Pac to be tested the day of the fight and so why the fight fell apart. Take note, up to this very moment. Floyd is the only pro boxer in thousand of thousands boxers around the world who required his opponents to submit in his own invented 2 months OST. You may wonder why all of the sudden he is doing it as he really wants to clean the sport or just wanted to save his face because he started it when he asked Pacquaio?

I mean if Floyd is the one worried about Manny being on peds so in USADA is being the one screening and their corrupt. How insuring would that be for Floyd and why would Manny care if his clean either way. It would'nt effect Manny at all if Manny is clean.

USADA just administer the testing process, the blood is actually screened by an independent laboratory. Pacquiao will be judged on whether his blood is clean, not on the bias of the agency who administer the testing.
