I think its safe to assume by the time he moves up THAT high, most of the top 140lbers today will be AT LEAST solid 147lbers.... Most of them 154lbers even

He doesn't have the frame for anything about 126... However, I do see him making a run a 135 at the most... He's 5'5" (sometimes 5'4") with really short arms... And when u look at him, he's already extremely muscular, so its not like a 140 pound Gamboa will be a slightly more muscular version, e.g. Pacquiao... He gets any more musclar, he'll be too big to move... Good post. I agree with much of what you said. Khan is listed at 5' 10". He won't stay at 140 for too long.
