Ortiz admitted that he has no interest in watching the show to hype his Sept. 17 bout with Floyd Mayweather for his WBC welterweight title, even going so far as to leave his home while his friends watched the premier episode this past Saturday. i like this attitude of ortiz right now, just like the berto fight he has that killer

instinct, no respect focus going on right now.

he is mentally on top of his game, he has already made up his mind that he

is going to win this fight and that mayweather will have to adjust to a young

lion with poise in the ring.

at first hearing this fight i thought may picks him apart 8 rounds to 4, but

the more i think about this fight, the more i break it down with ortiz being

bigger, stronger , more aggressive and faster, not quicker , but faster

especially with better agility at this point then floyd, the more i like ortiz to

win this fight.

i think the mosley fight and the 16 mths inactivity to hurt may, the shane fight

was easy, 3 tough rounds, 9 easy rounds, 16 months off and may is in

practice mode while ortiz has been active.

berto is faster than may at this point as well, ortiz wont have to adjust to

speed, and may doesnt have knockout power
