Honestly, neither guy should be anywhere near Pac or Floyd, win or lose.

With that being said, Zavec's win would definitely be better for boxing. Because he's 35, he came to the US with the sole reason of fighting the best, and if he beats Berto, he will continue to pursue this path.

I'm not too sure that Berto want's to pursue the best if he wins. 1 mil $ paydays against #50 ranked bums certainly aren't telling that story. I wouldn't be surprised if he keeps that belt hostage for a while, if he beats Zavec.

doubt he gets past berto, but he'll need to do a lot more than beat berto to get a shot at floyd or pac. he should try grabbing that belt away from senchenko, or fight ortiz afterwards, who knows. can't wait for saturday though, should be good
