Are you ignorant? He could lose his boxing license if he punches anyone. By law he is the one who probably has to run away from a fight because his hands are considered a deadly weapon.

Basically it was a messy fight where it was wrestling and Rios got man handled a tiny bit and was on the floor. The othe guy wasn't even big.

No doubt the judges punish people more harshly if they have been trained and start fights. But all that registering their hands etc is rubbish.
