I didn't read the whole article so I will only dispute one point that was in the first couple of paragraphs. American writers picked Peter because 1.) Peter hits like a mack truck. 2)Klit's chin has been suspect. 3.) None of them were too far off, Vlad hit the canvas three times . I doubt a boxing writer would back a "non European" vs an outmatched one.

The Klitschko brothers are ridiculed and abused, the giant Russian Nikolay Valuev is written off as a mere freak show, and even Lennox Lewis still struggles to be granted his rightful place among the all-time greats.

Cry me a river. Let me fill you in on a few things, from one Klitschko fan to another.

1) Klitschko is ridiculed because, let's face it...he's weird as ****. His ****-****** pics and stand up guyness are just different.

2) Valuev is a freak show, and he proved it by losing to Larry Donald.

3) Lewis wasa very good fighter, but he fought the best fighters of his era after they were past their best or failed to rematch guys that challenged him (Mercer, Klitschko, Holyfield, Tyson) which is why ppl resent him.

Let me say, there are plenty of ppl (like Nash) who hate the Klitschkos but secretly would love to be anally caressed by them. There is some anti-European bias in some cases and it's ridiculous, but it's also something the Euros can put an end to if they did the simple thing of fighting good fighters and I dunno...hell...maybe leave their hometowns once in a while.

P.S. Don't embarrass yourself with all this talk of U.S. people hating Euro fighters because we are secretly jealous of your supposed ability to match our economy, military, or sophistication. Please get outta here with that pompous bull****.

also in the article, is talks about rahman beating "a bloated, out of shape lewis" or something like that. its not rahmans fault that lewis didnt train and get his ass knocked out

based on his record, lewis in an all time great, but he never once fought and defeated a great fighter in the prime.

But seriously, who remembers Lewis-Tua...I could hear the crowd boowing Lewis from the tv...IMO nationalistic arguments should not be even discussed...the argument never ends well..people get banned and ****. As for Klitschko's getting abused...so what? Ali was abused by media, Holmes was abused by media, Lewis was abused by media. They did not give a ****.The more they were hated(and prior to Liston's fight Aliwas disliked big time) the more they were motivated to win and be "in your face" about it.
