Zaveck is a live dog and might just rise to the occasion and beat Berto. He's a solid fighter who's looked very sharp recently and seems very focused and motivated to the task as hand. I'm looking very much forward to watching this fight...

You and all the hardcore boxing fans know exactly this isnt a fair fight. Has Boxing gotten to be so bad that we already know who is getting robbed? I dont even know why he came to USA to fight Berto, if the fans can predict the outcome, why cant his promoter/him?

Or is his promoter just wanting to make some cash and doesnt care if his fighters gets Robbed?

Imagine in NFL/MLB/NBA finals fans saying, oh well we all know whats coming?

In Boxing it happens all the time because of politics and bribery

I already know the scoring to this fight,

            it will be

            116-112
            117-111
            116-112

What are you talking about? Zaveck is a pretty good fighter, he has a fair chance to win.

plus, its almost guarenteed to be exciting. Zaveck and Berto are both generally fun to watch fighters, Zaveck's accumulation vs Berto's explosive attack.

this is a good fight, plain and simple.

Yea, honestly, even if you triple the output and basically punch the crap out of Berto's face still Zavech is not winning by decision. It is hard to imagine Zavech winning by decision and if it is will have to be a split decision. I just don't a UD or MD in the situation.

I'll give it to Zavech for coming here with his belt though.

I dont mind fighters coming over to the USA to defend their title, i havent seen much of Zaveck and am looking forward to seeing him on HBO, If people like Kosta tsyzu didnt fight in the USA we would never know how good they were, I just hope Zaveck gets a decision if he deserves it.

Why are you such a cynical bastard? Who's to say that the judges won't be neutral (and competant) ones? I'm not naive to think that there isn't corruption/malfeasance that goes on in the sport but I don't automatically assume that there will be....

Medved, try to forget about all your preconceptions/ worries/concerns about the officiating/ reffing and try to enjoy the actual fight....
