Yes. Margo took Cotto's belt. Leading up to Margo vs Cotto there was a lot of talk about DLH facing the winner, but after he saw the fight he apparently changed his mind. DLH vs Paq was not for a belt, that was Paq's first fight above 135, Oscar was coming down from 154 having lost his belt to Floyd, and fight was held at 147, no belt was at stake.
