Are some of you just plain dumb? Roger says on this video the feud started because Mayweather Jr told his dad "Yeah you trained me when I was a kid but I'm not a little kid anymore." and Floyd Sr got butthurt.
I just can't for the life of me understand how anyone could defend floyd jr based on what we saw.
Hey guys, It's OK! Floyd can be wrong at times. You can still be his fan.
What I see going on is one side trying to make it about just this sole argument and others trying to show the bigger picture, and the history between the two. What Floyd did is it wrong? Yes. But it did not start or stop there, with these two. This is what they do. There has been a whole lot of wrong done in there relationship.
I can say that I am personally confused by those acting like this is some shocking never could see coming event, when this kind of behavior is well documented between the two and many in the family.
Junior was wrong. He should have taken the L, taken the high road, and kept it moving.
Treat the old man like an elderly parent who says inappropriate things.
Only problem is that Floyd looks at Roger as a father figure..... Plain and simple, hes still bitter behind his dads choices in life. Roger was there when it counted, Imagine having a uncle that treats you like a son... That was of the same craft as you, when his brother your father basically was not around.
So everytime Sr. jumps on rogers case, Floyd has to remind him that he failed him. Alot of painful memories there....
I dont agree with what Floyd stated or did, but I understand...
Theres no telling what really went on in that household....

I agree, family issues are not, he should not have let that **** end up on camera.

Roger said that Floyd's chemistry with his dad just doesn't work. It's like Nonito Donaire and his dad. It just doesn't work. Floyd Snr. just wants to control EVERYTHING in Jr.'s life and I mean everything.
Watch the beginning of this video, Floyd said that training with his dad was akin to boot camp:
It's kinda weird though that Floyd Sr. and Roger were so intelligible a little over 10 years ago and now you can't understand what they say.

Yeah I remember that, but I think it runs deeper than that as well, I remember Floyd saying he would get beat as well.
You can tell he did, because the first thing Floyd stated was, "AND YOU AINT GONE PUT 'CHO HANDS ON ME NEITHER"
Then Floyd stated, I am a grown man now.....
I don't excuse what mayweather did as I wouldnt talk to my father that way, but maybe I would if what I went through was many times worse or what Floyd experienced......
I think we are all basing this off our lives when its obvious our lives havent been as bad as his....
