I respect Oscar even more now! He admitted his problems and made a move to solve them. It was easy before to dislike De la Hoya because he seemed to have everything to be the happiest guy in the world: Good looking guy, god given boxing ability, fame, money... Proof that retiring from boxing is one of the hardest thing to do!!!

living a hard life is difficult. how can't taking a shortcut be cowardly? it's like saying that quitting on a stool is more brave than getting KTFO

suicide is for cowards who can't handle their lives. that's why they decide to end their problems the easy way

still, i wish nothing but the best for oscar and i'm glad he didn't took the EASY, COWARDLY road

That can take a lot out of a man and have him turning to the dark side.
Hire people to do most of that for you, have some willpower and do some yourself as well. Guy has a great family, millions and millions in the bank, he was healthy and then he started to throw it away. Shame. Alcohol and ******* are terrible drugs which play with your mind.

im not an expert on the matter but it has to be hard to commit suicide i mean you're going against every instinct in your body, kinda like parachuting lol

specially if u are religious i mean u are giving up eternal happiness and free sex with pamela anderson or whatever the hell they're promised

The problem with people nowadays, specially in the U.S., is that everything is related to money. A person is succesful if he makes money, therefore if you become ****** rich like Oscar.... you stop enjoying the basics of life.
