The difference is unlike Ward Froch is actually claiming this, sure he's using hyperbole, but he's claiming he carries big power if both fists, the kind that would turn anyones lights out.

Based on his last 5 out of 6 fights, this is proved to be not true.

Ward not claiming something - SOG SPECIAL ONE, you are in fact claiming it, sorry, forgot it was a joke.
