Froch has a hell of a beard that much is for sure, but false bravado can get a man knocked out in the ring. Ward may not have great one punch power but he doesn't exactly slap like Calzaghe either.

Froch was dropped by Taylor who never had great power even as a Middleweight and he was stunned by a single shot and had his legs buckled by Dirrell who isn't exactly known for his power either.

Ward did have Mikkel Kessler ready to go in their fight. People like to point to the headbutts and try to discredit the referee Jack Weiss but he actually did Kessler a favor by stopping the fight on cuts mere seconds after Ward doubled Kessler over with his biggest right hand of the night. I think it's safe to say he hurt him worse than Froch ever did at any point in his fight with Kessler.

I'm not saying Ward will knock Froch out, I agree with the consensus of Ward winning a hard fought but clear decision. I just think there is a greater chance of Froch getting ****** or careless and getting hurt or knocked out than most people are willing to consider.

Froch seems to have major problems with elusive fighters in generals. He was Loosing the taylor fight, he looked terrible in the dirrell.
