Roger kept his mouth shut and let Sr pop off (for the most part), so there isn't an issue there. Sr & Jr have to have the last word and Sr won't let Jr have it no matter how great he is.

Id imagine so. It was between Jr and Sr. Roger stayed out of it which makes him seem neutral...or maybe he just has too many legal problems to worry about and doen not need more.
