Hopkins hands down,dude is 46 and wins due too tactics and nothing else,Mayweather atleast has great physical assets too go with his boxing brain,JMM deserves a mention too,brilliant timing and accuracy

hopkins has a set game plan, though
never seen him really have to go to plan b, he usually gets beat by guys that trow aot of punches
