Instead they fought fighters who posed no threat and brought EVEN LESS MONEY!!! (so cant use that as an excuse)

So why, he brings more money than those guys they fought already, he brings a belt, he brings a bigger audience too.

So why havent they taken advantage of a guy who is there for the taking like some of you are saying???


Margarito might not beat everyone on the above list but anyone who dismisses that Margarito poses a big risk, and difficult fight for the above fighters is just sad.

There is nothing wrong with thinking your fighter will beat Margarito or the other way around... What is wrong is saying that its an easy fight because if it was it would have happened already.

Well said... But to say Mayweather/ Judah is afraid of them is too far fetch. Also, you have to realize both think they're the best in the world. they arent afraid of taking anyone on.

Two words explain why nobody mentioned has fought him yet...BOB ARUM.

Arum is a little ******* who won't make the fights.

DLH? That's just ****** to be real. DLH hasn't fought anybody at 147 or 154 since before the Sturm fight. He sure as hell isn't ducking anybody. DLH fought someone way better than Margarito, Hopkins.

Judah? Come on, Judah has the 3 main belts and has never ducked anybody. Sure as hell isn't ducking Margarito.

Mayweather? Hasn't even officially fought at 147 yet. He's having major on-going problems with Arum, fight didn't get made. Mayweather definitely isn't scared.

Spinks? Umm...not sure how much interest there'd be in that fight. I personally think Spinks would stand a great chance to beat Margarito. Spinks is quite possibly not wanting such a fight. Didn't he move up anyhow? He'd need a win or two first. Margarito wouldn't want him fighting just off a Judah KO loss.

I don't think Margarito is scared of anybody either, don't get me wrong. And don't mistake that for me liking Margarito, cause I don't. He sucks, imo. I hate his wide ass punches, which is all he throws. But at the same time I don't think he's ducking anybody and I don't think any of those guys are ducking him. Spinks might be ducking anybody for a while now actually, so maybe he is, who knows?

He's not the best, but he falls into a certain catogory of being too good for his own good.

Margarito is good, this is the reason nobody in his weight class will even utter his name. They won't even say it for fear that it may lead to a fight with him.
As someone mentioned earlier, Margarito is high risk with little reward. A fight with him wouldn't generate a lot of money but he's a dangerous guy to face.

He's like Ikeke, a lose-lose situation. Margarito can take everyone's punches but by no means is he a great fighter like Floyd or Judah (in terms of talent). He needs to fight all the contenders and work himself into the mandatory where Zab will have to fight him.

Judah has to defend the mandatories to keep all his belts because he's not going to let some jackass slip by him and get a welterweight belt when he fights someone good and drops a belt (Ie, Zab fights Margarito but in the process is stripped of the WBC, so Mayweather sneaks in and picks it up off ****ing Baldomir). Blame the sanctioning bodies, not the fighters. Fighters can't help who the sanctioning bodies are paid off to rank.

Who the **** is Baldomir? This guy shouldn't even be ranked probably. Definitely not #1. I can name at least 5 guys at welterweight besides Baldomir, so I can definitely name 5 guys better than Baldomir.

IMO he IS acutally ez to beat... BUT, he can easily KO anyone as well

mayewather IMO would be the best test for mayweather. its a bigger stronger version of JLC. judah would be close. mosely sux, as does spinx
