The Viking Warrior Mikkel Kessler is right up there. Not sure you'll find a nicer guy in the sport.


It was all superficial with Hatton, and definitely used as a marketing device for later in his career "Fans like me 'cos i'm dead 'umble me".

Not sure it was superficial with Hatton. I met him in Manchester when there was no cameras on him and he came across as a genuinely nice chap who wanted to talk. Maybe you know different but I can only speak from personal experience and Hatton is 1 of the nicest boxers I have met along with Barry Mguigan. Barrera was cool too but didnt have a conversation with him just a pic.

Most humble current fighter IMO is Mikkel Kessler. Perhaps being abit more spiteful vs Ward would have helped but his personality is what it is and he is and out and out humble fighter despite how good he is.

Yes this right here. Anyone who considers Floyd humble needs a damn dictionary. Pacquiao probably was humble like most boxers at some point but based on definition he's not very humble.

Currently one of the most genuinely humble fighters has to be Giovanni Segura.
