why r the contender ppl at 160

those skinny ****s look like they belong in 135. man i cant wait until mora gets that ass kicked. cause he has no power and he brawls like a featherweight.thats not good when your at 160. I cant wait until he meets someone with some power cause i think hes a little to ****y. i weigh 160 right now and i think i can take him. and the size difference between me and him is huge besides from the height which isnt that much. i dont think none of them in contender really had power. u can probably count the k.o.s on that show with 1 hand.

He's EXTREMELY limited in terms of skill, like I pointed out. Some people were calling him to be a "slick" fighter. That is just BS and I think he got exposed for lacking the basics. He is a very weak fighter and he was very lucky the fight wasn't 10 rounds or he would of been knocked out by Manfredo who doesn't have KO power, but it's damn near respectable.

I have seen Manfredo fight on ESPN even before the Contender and in 10 rounders he is usually much more methodical and picks his punches better. He was fighting war's against Manfredo because A. 1 million dollars B. For pride (he wanted to knock Mora out) C. He's not used to fighting 7 rounders.

          A) fighting a war has nothing to do with winning one million dollars. if he was a smart fighter, he would have fought his fight no matter what.
B)At no point in the fight was manfredo close to knocking mora out.
C)Not a vaild excuse, throughout the contender, they were fighting 5 and 7 round fights, if he was a good fighter, he would be able to pace himiself no matter how many rounds there were

These guys are club fighters. If your fighting for a million bucks AND in Cesars Palace wouldn't you fight a war? Mora wanted to knock Manfredo out in the first and second fight. These guys didn't like each other it was a clash of heads.

By the way, nice job predicting superstar Mora to win...IDIOT.

No, I wouldn't fight a war, if I wanted 1 million bucks that bad I'm sticking to my gameplan, even if it's fighting like Ruiz, I'm doing what I can to win. Mora did win, by the way, yes Fred was robbed but he still won the fight.

Ishe Smith is the only guy from the Contender with any real championship level chance. I just feel like Smith probably won against Mora. Just from the highlights alone, it looked like Smith won. The highlights of Mora hitting Smith, Smith was blocking most of them. The sound effects they added in probably fooled a lot of people, but not me. I ignored all sound effects.

Smith would knock Mora out in a rematch for sure. Even in an 8 rounder I'd pick Smith to stop him. Let alone a 10 rounder.

Yeah, I totally agree with you. I thought Ishe won the fight and all Mora was doing was showboating (like usual, that Latin ******), and thinking he was a big man dodging some of his punches. The only time I remember Mora doing anything decent was when he flurried to his body...the funny thing is, none of em landed.
