WHY did R. Mora get Peterson low blows right but not Mares??

He was on point with Peterson low blows against Rios but somehow he managed to miss a ton of low blows from Mares (despite Mares being notorious for low blows)?

I doubt he was paid of, it's not like Mares/Agbeko was a big fight money wise.

Mora would have dq'd him, it would have been funny. It would have showed how paid off he really was. He'd let one guy go low but it if the other one went low he would take points or dq them.
