This is just plain ******. 1. Pacquiao offered to fight Mayweather without any conditions. It was Mayweather that insisted on conditions for the fight. By any rational standard, it is Mayweather that is ducking (insistence upon conditions = ducking). 2. Pacquiao is going to win this lawsuit and Mayweather is going to have to pay hard cash in damages. If he settles, he's going to have to publicly apologize. Why would Pacquiao give that away? Pacquiao's lawsuit and Mayweather's insistence on conditions for fighting are not connected. If Mayweather wanted this fight, he'd say, "I drop my conditions." then, the fight would happen in early 2012. Mayweather won't do that because he doesn't want the fight. In many ways, Pacquiao's lawsuit makes the fight between he and Mayweather more likely to happen because it gives Pacquiao a bargaining chip to force Mayweather to give up his demands (which have never been part of professional fighting before).Comment

Frivolous lawsuit? Pacquiao is going to win this suit and Mayweather knows it. Man, now everybody on this website is a legal expert too? You clearly are not.Comment

Pacquiao can take the test if only to make the fight. Yes, I believe it will have some negative effect on his performance both real and imagined. But I doubt if it will be enough to give Mayweather any advantage. Floyd will lose all the same and badly. No way he can beat the Pac... and Floyd knows that.

whats up with the "you people"? its ok for every other race to be proud of their background but not for a black person. i see people on the scene making racist comments and promoting racial stereotypes and its bothers no one. but when a black person crys foul, its a problem. i see the pinoys call floyd a racist and then turn around and make racist statements(some of them. not to put all pinoys in the same pot) and its ok!!!!!! no its not.Comment

OMG!!!!! you are lost where have you been and what are you talking about. are you serious? you dont think demanding a TEN MILLION DOLLAR penalty PER POUND over wt is a demand. ring size and glove size are not a demand? and everything is up for discusion when it comes to a contract. team pac knew about the request for random ost and roach is on record stating "it won't be a problem" only it turned out to be the door stopper of the fight. and who walked away from the table and took the fight to court insted of the ring? why didnt manny take the test and beat the crap out of floyd in the ring? they say in public they will do the ost, but never put it in writting. so get real and look at the whole pic not just what you want to believe. This is just plain ******. 1.
