Attention neutral boxing fans! Do you have any idea why is Floyd keep saying like Pac didn't agree to his test since day one? We all know Pac agreed to the test since day one. He only negotiated for a cut off days. What is wrong with that?

Pac agreed to Floyd OST but negotiated for cut off days is equal to Pac didn't want the test? Floyd should give and take but he wants it all in his way just like when he cheated Marquez (he came 2 lbs overweight) even though he signed for a 144 lbs catchweight fight.
