It's so obvious Mayweather is just scared of Pacquiao. What about this "Floyd's made to order test"? Even if Pac acceded to all of floyd's demands there will be no fight. FLOYD'S JUST TOO SCARED OF PACQUIAO!!!

Pacman wanted 8ozers. He got it. Pacman wanted 10mil penalty at the last minute. He got it. Pacman didn't want OST because he didn't want to be tested on the day of the fight. Pac man was offered a 14 day cut off so he(Pac) would'nt be tested on the day of the fight and so after all Pac's accommodations were met, Manny runs and decides to sue...... WTF....lol......

If the fighter has something from a doctor concerning this, then our doctors check I out and give us guidance.”

Pacquiao can go to the Commission to appeal for a cheater (Margarito) to be licensed....but he opposes improved drug testing for two years.

OK.. that's not su****ious AT ALL.
