I imagine a contract would entail more then just "I agree to full random testing" signed Manny Pacquiao... I would assume a contract has to be an extensive mutual consent of what both parties would agree upon. I ain't talking about past contracts because we are over that but a new one wherein purse has to be addressed as well as other factors. Floyd has to be involved. So where does floyd fit in to Manny sending him a piece of paper that says he agrees to floyd's testing demands. It starts of with verbal agreements that are written down and MUTUALLY signed. Floyd seemingly does not want to negotiate till Manny agrees to the tests and it seems he does not want to acknowledge the fact that Manny has already verbally agreed. I don't think there is a template for boxing contracts like they do in real estate where you can make addendums and contingencies . "this contract is contingent on floyd agreeing to 50%, this size ring, this gloves, this weight, etc". That is how it would be if it were left alone for many to do EVERYTHING.. How do you think floyd would react to that.? So does Manny sign a paper sending it to floyd like a blank check with his signature?

Pacquiao's never been caught and is considered clean by boxing commissions all over the world. Manny's been fighting for 16 years and never had problems or issues with steroids.

Btw, the rumor of steroid use was started by a scared daddy who's afraid of his son's well being.
