Thoroughly enjoyed Above The Law and Marked For Death. Then he got all swelled up and bloated and started making crappy flicks where he didn't have to run anymore, just use his hands.

aikidos training basically is to maim, dislocate or break bones in other words to destroy opponents without holding back meaning attack with full commitment. aikido is not being practiced for exhibition. seldom you witness aikido practioner join MMA or not at all because aikido is a different discipline. what you see in steven seagal's move is what aikido is, inflict fatal damage. steven segal is badass

If Steven had entered MMA in his prime he would've left the cage twisted into a salted pretzel. Aikido is nice against inexperienced fighters.
