Under no circumstance will Khan rematch Madiana. Yeah, he is beat him but he is using it as an excuse to duck him now. It was a great fight, a fight that he nearly escaped from and the best fight out there for him. He tasted the real power in the 10th and realizes that he probably wouldn't knock Maidana down with a body shot again and Maidana would start early on him. He knows the rematch would be harder than the first and that was no stroll in the park. He clearly doesn't want to fight Maidana again.

Khan will fight the winner of Morales-Mathysse in another unification which makes more sense than a Maidana rematch. Even a Prescott rematch makes more sense.
