He was basically talking about how he wasn't surprised with the outcome of Lopez/Salido, he figured someone would get the upper hand, he thought it would be Lopez. He says a lopez match up isn't as big as it was because it's no longer between 2 undefeated fighters.

He goes on to talk about training, his fade, and his diet. At the end he just says that he never takes a fight lightly and that's about it.
