WIth the way boxing is goin this year and the gift wins boxers like P-Will got over Lara, Devon Not SO great got over Mathysse, Abelina Mares got over Agbeko and the awful referring... To have the balls to go fight in someone elses backyard speaks volume.. Vanes was willing to go fight vs Canello in MExico and he is also willing to fight Perrita too.. But if I was him I woudl ask for big money to fight in Mexico.. Fight in a neutral country... It doesn't matter Schaeffer will just come up with another excuse...Garbage! well like two months ago i was listening to a spanish show on espndeportes,it's a spanish boxing show that airs mon-fri at 10 pm....they were interviewing the person that is helping angulo,not anybody from his handlers but the person directly helping him,and she said he will be allowed to enter the us to work(fight),it's not a question of if,but when,she said it is just up to the government to see when they give him his visa or whatever he needs to get into u.s. she said sometimes they take a long time or sometimes it's very fast,she said that is something they (the persons helping angulo) can do nothing about that,they just have to wait until angulo receives his papers,she said it could be in a few days or months,she can't do anything about that now,it's just waiting,but yes she said he will be allowed to come,they just waiting to receive everythingComment

Really really nice that Vanes is willing to come to mexico and fight angulo. Talk is cheap...wait and see if he does it.
Vanes is in no position to ask for "what you call" big money just to fight in mexico.
No one knows who vanes is in Canada,mexico, not even here in the states. He's just getting buzz because he might fight someone of high caliber in Angulo.
You go where the money is and where you can draw more fans...angulo drew over 22,000 fans in his last fight. How many fans has Vanes drew on an event he HEADLINED?
Vanes should take the fight...He's used to calling out Boxers who don't know who the hell he is.

Something fishy is going on with ANgulo and his Visa situation. He keeps saying its been "approved".
Funny, when I get my visa I travel the next day. Angulos visa has been "approved" for many months now but he still not able to enter USA.
Someone is lying thru their teeth, did he get deported from USA and banned from entering?
Or does he have a special visa that only lets him enter if he has a fight in USA and must GTFO right after the fight back to Mexico?
Some american school me on your visa system. Because my understanding is if your visa is "approved" that means you can travel whenever you want.
Seems that someone is lying and his story smells Fishy.

Your situation is different then angulos. that's why you got your visa right away. Angulo got deported and has past problems with immigration. I guess that explains the delay... Maybe it's a different process he's going through. And yes he's just going to get a Work visa...I believe their called O-VISA? not sure.Comment

the reason why angulo is having visa problems is because he go tcaught twice. he was deported twice. he could be in prison by now but they gave him a break.Comment

i also think vanes v angulo will be non-stop action...if u r a boxing fan u will enjoy this fight... this will be for d wbc belt as d winner will have a great chance against canelo... i watched canelos last fight live at vfg in guadalajara and was not too impressed as rhodes layed an egg...
as for vanes fighting el perro in mexico????? it will defntly be hostile environment for vanes... there is no way vanes can geta fair decision in mejicali or anywhere in baja for that matter... and i seriously doubt that hbo or showtime want to go to baja or anywhere near d border... heck felipe calderon dont even want to go to d border region...
but vanes got that sangre armenio that makes a man walk against a dozen... so he will likely go for it if the tv deal is in place, just hope that it is in Guadalajara or DF with neautral judges/arbitro...
