Well Froch looked pretty clean at fights end and was not even breathing heavy(Dirrell was must've been all the running)...So I guess he meant it was not a hard fight/pace...

I have tremendous respect for both of these guys. I favor Ward because I'm from the Bay Area but if Froch wins, I'll tip my hat to him. Good luck to these guys, I'm looking forward to this fight.
