Quillin around 500K (quite good considering Quillin is a no name, has achieved nothing so far)

All 3 of these guys turned down the offer to fight Lucian Bute.

Like these guys are obviously scared of Bute.

I don't think Quillin is ducking Bute if he's stated his goal is Sergio Martinez at 160. He's still progressing as a fighter and his manager has stated they want a couple more fights before taking on a guy like Martinez/Bute. I don't see anything wrong with that being that his best fight to date was against Jessie Brinkley.

Some managers will steadily progress their fighters and have a plan, others will jump on any big money opportunity. You can make the case for either but I think focusing on getting better as a fighter is the smart thing to do in the long run, rather than immediately jumping into a huge fight.
