Manny Pacquiao fans dislike Floyd Mayweather Jr…

(ThyBlackMan.com) It seems like every time I read a post from one of Manny Pacquiao’s fans related to the upcoming September 17th fight between Victor Ortiz and Floyd Mayweather Jr. I see a lot of these fans hoping that Floyd Mayweather Jr will lose to Ortiz. That really makes me wonder whether Pacquiao’s fans believe that he can beat Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Why else would these fans want someone else to do the job for Manny Pacquiao? I don’t understand it myself. If I’m a big fan of Manny Pacquiao the last thing I want to see is Ortiz beat Floyd Mayweather Jr, because if that happens than there won’t be any chance of Floyd Mayweather Jr – Manny Pacquiao taking place. I suppose they could still fight since Manny Pacquiao has faced a number of guys coming off of a loss recently.

However, I don’t think boxing fans will care too much about the fight once Floyd Mayweather Jr is beaten. But what I don’t understand is why many of Pacquiao’s fans want to see Floyd Mayweather Jr lose to someone else before he faces Manny Pacquiao. Why is that? It just makes me really doubt the belief that some of these fans have in Pacquiao. I mean, if they did believe that he could beat Mayweather wouldn’t they not want Floyd Mayweather Jr getting beaten by someone else before he gets to Manny Pacquiao?

Where’s the accomplishment if Pacquiao is simply beating one guy after another who’s already been recently beaten. Pacquiao beat Ricky Hatton, Oscar De La Hoya, Joshua Clottey, Antonio Margarito and Miguel Cotto in the last three years. All of them had been recently beaten when Pacquiao. Isn’t it more interesting if Pacquiao faces someone that is on a long winning streak like Mayweather? Why do these fans want someone else to do Pacquiao’s job of beating Mayweather? Do they want Mayweather softened up first before he faces Pacquiao? Is that it? It’s so sad.

He needs to know humility, cause you have never had success in life?

People are a bunch of crybabies that hate PBF cause he isn't "humble" cuz he is "arrogant". Many people see things in black and white, good and evil. Its almost something childlike in the hate that some people have. In some people's had he's "evil" and everything he does and say is bad. I mean I get that some people were bullied in their childhood and have a extreme hate for people that aren't "humble" in the sports world. PBF usually fights in a way that is boring for the casual fans. So how the **** is he supposed to sell tickets? its a exaggerated version of himself. OFc he is confident and so on but he over plays it to draw attention to his fights. Some people are so naive that they don't get that.

only Mexicans want Ortiz to beat Floyd
we want Floyd to destroy him
for this fight, we gotta be Floyd fans again
after that, hope Pac fucking kills him
but Floyd has to beat Ortiz
then we'll see what excuses Floyd has to duck Pac next year
hopefully, Floyd mans up and fights Pac

I am a fan of both, but not really hardcore on either,i think they both have ***** moves that stop the fight.honestly there both past prime and would have trouble if they fought the kids coming up thats why i think Mayweather loses to Ortiz and i believe he would beat pac as well, its a youngmans sport remember that.

i sparred two weeks ago even at 29 i felt my speed decrease,my power was there but my speed was not, just shows how fcking awesome Glen and Bernrd are.

I'm sure you would've been a huge fan of a neo **** fighting exactly like Floyd...

Everyone that says personality and other stuff outside of the ring doesn't matter is talking BS.

I'm a fan of both. But lets be honest here. Who is ducking who? I love Manny but his camp is ducking the needles. Don't try to come with some B.S about Manny agreeing to testing because thats bull****. When Koncz came out taht they didn't agree to it they went into bull**** damage control about WADA and so on. And ofc people ate it up like naive little children. As I said, Floyd is the "bad guy" so he can't be right. Manny is soo goood he has to be right. So ****ing childish that I'm embarrassed to be a Pac fan sometimes. This isn't good vs evil, THIS IS BOXING u weak PU$$IES
