By the looks of it I think ortiz was draining himself to make 140. Thats why I think he struggled against those fighters u mentioned.

I'm not sure how true the whole "draining" thing for Ortiz is.

I just think that made the perfect excuse for his lack of intangibles and inconsistencies.

The reason why I say this. It's because he asked for a catchweight against Berto.

If he was draining himself to make 140 then why ask for a catch-weight?

Right now if Marquez or Ortiz pull an upset off, I personally would not be depressed like some fans. I really feel both Manny and Floyd are milking the fans because they know that a fight between each other is 50/50 in that ring. I think either man can win that fight and they both know that, so they've both been cashing out in my opinion.

At times I felt Berto gave Ortiz problems in their fight and I just think Mayweather Jr is so much better than Berto that its not even funny. Ortiz/Berto was a competitive match-up, but I just see a mismatch in Floyd/Ortiz.
