I know I did my research on this beef a year ago. It took a while but eventually I found a video where Mikey Garcia broke down the whole beef. I was really excited about it. I thought eventually Bam Bam would go up to 140 and it would be a Great fight. That was before Ortiz went up to 147 and looked great and more comfortable. At this point I think it would be a blow out, even at a catchweight

yeah, ortiz moving up to WW and weighing around 160ish on fight night is no good for the possibility of setting up ortiz/rios. but i think rios could hold his own if this fight was actually made, i know both guys wouldn't want to back down. it's pretty crazy though, i thought with the recent video that robert and rios made about congratulating team ortiz, the feud would settle down a bit, but danny really added more fuel to it now. i expect bam bam to go off on one of elie seckbach's videos later today, but we'll see what happens.
