When Rubio upset him, my Mexican side got happy. But now I think it would've been better had Lemieux won. Young, charismatic, hits hard, what more could you ask for.

im from montreal and i remember arguing all the time with some co workers about how he would get destroy by martinez but their canadian pride was too big to agree with me...

This loss was good for Lemieux. I believe he was buying into his own hype. I think he can only get better from here on.

As a huge Lemieux fan..im happy that he lost. Its a learning curve. Im 100% sure he'll have learned a lesson and will have improved. Cant wait for his return.

Like Khan said, young, charismatic and powerful. The hate is uncalled for but most people are just like that today. Boxing needs guys like Lemieux.
