Friday Night Fights might not be over actually. ESPN has said that if the NBA lockout continues they will probably fill in that void with boxing instead

Really I am a big basketball fan but a much bigger Boxing fan and hope they hold out for a long time and Friday Night Fights fills in that void big time.

All signs point to there being NO NBA this season. The best we(I??) can hope for is a shortened season that will probably start early next year. The two sides are very far apart. This lockout is more serious then the NFL one.

I like boxing and all, but Basketball has always been my favorite sport. Boxing would be a nice replacement, but it's still going to hurt having no NBA season.
