      The article is wrong. Gomez didn't give up, the ref waved it off before doing a full count because Gomez's corner came up to the ring with the towel.

        Well...he definitely did give up, regardless of the official reason for the cessation of the bout.

        He showed no interest in coming up off his knee after that first tickle of power.

                Angulo did not look happy about the fight being over so soon. I think with Nacho is his corner it will do him a lot of good.
