I actually should, i am becoming a bit creaky. But whenever i get the urge to do some exercise, I recall the days when i trained every day except Saturday, had 62 amateur fights, and concurrently was playing Rugby, (winter) cricket (summer) Tennis (summer), Table-tennis ( year round) and chasing girls at the same time.

So that was enough exercise for me. But seriously, you are right, and I actually was reading about pushups last night in a newspaper, and trying to decide if I was too old to start trying to get into some sort of shape again.
