the issue is everyone keeps taking such a big interest in me and then when i asked to fight there always making up excuses or sayin im gunna fight then it never happens

Sadly this kid probably is for real. You see it all the time in the amateurs, sometimes these kids really do have talent too, that's the saddest part! You get to rd 2 in some tournament, you look at the bout sheet to read up on which gym your opponent is from, and it says 'unattached'. You think to yourself, 'how the crap did this dude not bother getting a trainer and sticking with a gym before signing up for this?', and next thing you know the dude is missing 2 teeth and all his friends and family came out to see him get batted from one post to the other until the ref calls it off. You can usually tell when they're warming in the back with a wifebeater and basketball shoes...
