Be a step up for both fighters and on paper I would certainly say Broner wins.
Burns isnt anything special, thats coming from a big fan of the mans and a fellow Scotsman BUT he HAS Grown into his role as champ and has been performing well, the confidence that comes with being champ can make all the difference to a fighter. His power has defo improved lately as he has been sitting down on his shots alot more, he's no Tyson but his shots should be enough to at very least get his mans respect...

Check - KO power is not what keeps a fighter off someone. Many punchers have been backed up and beaten by lighter hitting guys. It is a great jab, timing, accuracy that works, otherwise harder hitters would always win. Ricky can punch, he doesn't look for the KO. This is a 50-50 fight.

I think Broner would dominate him...probably would be too fast for Burns

if Broner beats him...that would be a solid Resume already for a very YOUNG FIGHTER

respect to Burns though, it seems like he WANTS to take his chances and fight the other top guys in his division, why are some fans complaining about that? If he Lose...WHO GIVES A FUC, he will just have to work his way back.

Fana or Broner would be good I think .If it was Fana and for the ring belt that Ricky want's it will probably still be a good scrap .Looking forward to seeing who's next for Burns .Burn's Martinez was a good scrap
