Hey Dan, read the blip about Ortiz's camp. If the back is not an issue and his day off was just precautionary, how does a story like that get out in the first place? Do you think there is something more to this?

Ortiz has an excuse when Floyd schools and possibly stops him now? If his back is really causing him problems, he would either cancel fight or get a delay on it. I know its alot of money but if he really came to win, than he needs to pull out. The odds were already looking stacked up against him as it is, having an injury like a back injury could only make the beating Floyd puts on him even worse.

I heard he flew to see a doctor yesterday,just shocked that this isnt in the main boxing news.Ortiz claimed it wasnt that serious-I think he wants an excuse
