              how was this fight even made ,the thai dude isn't even rated at top 25!
              I thought you have to be rated in the top ten in order for the fight to be sanctioned as a title fight. I have a feeling this has to do with the up coming fight with Ceviche Ibarra vs Sylvestre Lopez ....still shocking though.
